OUR RULES.001. Our banner MUST be easy to find.
002. No innappropriate material.
003. Must be active. At least twenty members on a day ( this includes guests! Meaning you could have one member and nineteen guests on daily.)
004. Banner must be 88 x 31, or 88 x 33.
005. Your site must have a nice, clean skin and affie banner.
SISTER RULES.
001. You MUST be active. 70 members/guests daily.
